By definition, the doers do and the watchers watch. The doers pioneer their way and the watchers just sway. The first are leaders, whereas the second are followers. The doers are entrepreneurs and the watchers are employees. The doers are number one, whereas the watchers are all the other numbers.
The doers’ attitude, let’s go and do it. The watchers, let them do it.
The first ones find solutions and the second ones see problems.
