A high turnover ratio speaks volumes about the leadership soundness and healthiness inside the organisation.

If we are talking about “great leadership” in business which is mainly concerned with empowering, inspiring, nurturing people’s potential and adding value to them as associates and customers. A high staff turnover ratio disqualifies you and your business from using “great” to describe your leadership and even to keep using leadership. Great leadership does not operate in uncharted grey areas.

Our staff turnover is high, and our training programs did not help us to retain our stars, namely staff. We had a tough time understanding why leavers outweigh starters.
