In fact, there are more than 1,000,000 causes, but we can boil them down into the major ones. A lack of understanding, misunderstanding and misapplying leadership are enough to fail any organization or business irrespective of the sector, size and industry. Unwillingness and inability to ditch the managerial brain and brace the purposeful and humane model of leadership will top up the causes of failure.
