Since most organizations are managerially oriented, namely their very nature is hierarchical. The real challenge for leaders inside these organizations is to invert the top-down pyramid. There will be a tremendous resistance from all corners to halt the initiative. Inverting the pyramid means people will be at the top not senior managers. Decisions will be shared and made by everyone not only by senior managers and executives.
