Be a disruptor

Most people think that a disruptor is someone who is only in the capacity of Steve Jobs or Elon Musk. Challenging a status quo is not confined to rocket science and technology. Many great historians, writers, doctors, entrepreneurs, actors, philosophers, teachers, engineers are outstanding disruptors. By definition, a disruptor is someone who strives to challenge a status quo to improve people’s lives. Disruptors do not think outside the box, they do not see a box at all. Importantly, they do not respect and tolerate status quos’ keepers, because the latter view them as trouble makers not improvers.

If you are a disruptor, always work on deepening and strengthening your beliefs that empower your disruption power. If your beliefs about change are shaky, you will be a frustrater in disguise.
