Abandoning management thinking

When companies break out of old-fashioned management patterns condemning them to failure and manage to embark on a leadership path, this creates a positive change. This is not because their leaders suddenly have received advice from well-informed consultants or experts to do so. It is because their leaders have developed strong convictions and beliefs in the power of leadership.

These leaders are confident from the beginning that driving positive impact is possible and could be implemented.
