Culture speaks purpose.

This is natural, because culture is the sum of purpose, values and principles that are upheld and cherished in the organization. If you do not smell purpose and its values, then the leaders have corporately manufactured the culture.

Culture speaks purpose and purpose speaks leadership. What language does your organization speak?
