It starts and ends with leadership.

Organizations do not fail by themselves; leaders push them to the edge. A great culture is by design. Who designs or ruins the culture? Leaders do. A great or bad working environment for employees is the leaders making. Meaningful products and outstanding services are the outcomes of great leaders on board. The positive or negative impacts created by the business are the sole responsibility of leaders. This is the approach that you need to understand and value leadership.
