Bad employee experience means poor leadership.

Unfortunately, poor leadership adversely affects the whole organizational performance. It affects culture, employees and particularly customers. Poor leadership debilitates employee experience which negatively impacts customer experience. It is reciprocal. You cannot get loyal customers when your crucial task as a manager or a leader is to make employees feel threatened, unsafe, or unstable, they will ultimately fail to give their best to customers. They are mainly worried about their own survival.

The failure of companies to engage and retain their people is because they are unable to look after their employees’ basic human needs. Safety and stability.
