It starts with the leaders being humble enough to understand that they cannot move an inch in developing and advancing their organizations unless they develop themselves first by articulating and actioning their purpose. No one can flood the world from an empty cup. No one can be a leader and he or she is leaderless namely, purposeless. ​Purpose is the starting point.
