Learn to say “No”, but which no.

Saying yes is easy but saying no entails objection which often does not please the listeners. I am not talking about those who say no for the sake of saying no. This no does not add up and it is not our subject. The “no” that I am taking about is the disruptive one. No that presents new insights, solutions, ideas and views. This no entails change which is mostly avoided by people. The disruptive no is not confrontational and interruptional. Most people interrupt but not disrupt. Disruption brings changes and improvements, interruption does not.
