The title refers to the inability to act on time. What is the problem? Most of us are under skilled in making timely, informed, and decisive decisions. I personally observed the risk many times in advance, but I did not act. The naked hope that nothing will happen always restricts our ability to step forward and act on time. This particularly applies to individuals, financial institutions, corporations, and even governments.
Observing and acting on time are two important skills that must be grown and developed together to allow us to hedge against any potential risk.
