Remembering the ups and downs of 2019 and reflecting on the new projects, plans and challenges in 2020 help us to better understand where we stand now, and we are determined to do in the future.  As we are saying “Goodbye” to 2019 and hello to 2020, it is important to carefully envision the future which would become our past next year at this time to reflect on it.
