Managers are born, educated and trained to stay managers

The reason you won’t hear your manager telling you about empowering, safe and creative working places is because they didn’t study or aren’t trained to imagine or create! They are lost in their mistaken management education and training acquired at work and taught at the university.

They keep saying managing” my people. By doing so, they’re guaranteed a failing organisation. Leaders inspire their people and nurture their potential. They look after them and celebrate their successes. Leaders do not manage, the lead. The difference is very big.

Leaders aren’t born. They are made. They constantly learn and persistently develop their leadership skills.
