The most fundamental phase of creating a great culture that is much more difficult to comprehend by most executives and managers is the very nature of recruitment. Highly cooperative companies have people no matter the problems, crises or difficulties that come in their way, come to each other aid when they are united by a common purpose or vision. They are naturally united not pretending to be united.
