Bringing about this change requires leaders to undertake these two fundamental tasks:

Separating Grain from Chaff – January 2020
In January 2020, Kamil published his first book, Separating Grain from Chaff, Redefining leadership about its true meaning. The book deals primarily with the prevalence of poor leadership which has accelerated the dehumanisation in most businesses around the world.
As the book title implies, it does not only aim to redefine leadership about its true meaning, but it provides the scale to discern the leaders from the non-leaders.
